Opera Queensland Costume Display
While you are at Brisbane Quarter for the day, take mum to Podium Level 1 (just downstairs from the restaurants) and check out the beautiful costumes on display from Opera Queensland’s La Cenerentola (Cinderella), just downstairs from the Brisbane Quarter restaurants. These gorgeous gowns are on loan from Opera Queensland’s beautiful production of Le Cenerentola and include enchanting pieces like an extravagant cape adorned with hundreds of hand-sewn flowers, an Alexander McQueen floral suit worn by Timothee Chalamet, Cinderella’s glittering ball gown and more magical costumes worn by the iconic characters. Explore a mix of flora, pastels and a touch of shimmering beauty in the costumes that bring the magical tale to life. La Cenerentola by Opera Queensland costumes will be on display at Brisbane Quarter from 6 May to 1 June 2025 and is a FREE installation.
